The ‘Sex-y’ Education

The government decided that the students of high school and junior colleges should be given some information on sex and make ‘Sex education’ a subject and a part of their syllabus, personally I think it’s a good thing, as long as I don’t have to remember and then vomit it on an exam paper, because high schoolers are quite horny, and making them understand about things they already know, is well, just perfect and very government-ish.

However, some people, as always disagree with the government (Some people = people from opposition, you know the people who lost to this government during elections and now want to fuck them up XD XD)

What is the need for us to appoint sex gurus? Europe needs sex education because of its declining population rates “ Nawab Malik, NCP MLA from Nehru Nagar

I can’t help but ‘ROFLMAOing’ when I read this guy’s response, as far as I remember sex education doesn’t teach one the positions? I guess, he is just confusing Kamasutra for sex education XD

Sex education is against Indian culture. It will affect the character of students and will lead to more crime against women” – Bashir Patel, NCP MLA

What culture is he talking about again? The culture where the woman used to be burnt alive when her husband died? Where there are women being molested every second? Where sex workers are as popular and easily available as a mobile phone? Wherein the Kamaustra was written? Where the kings married around a billion women? Where the girl’s family has to give money to get her married? Where the woman can’t even cross the street without men eying her? Seriously, we love woman so much here in India, that we can do everyone of them >.<

So, the subject of the introduction of sex education is put on hold, and will be discussed and most probably get dropped, because we Indians, don’t want filth in the heads of the kids, we don’t want to let the ‘children studying in the 12th grade’ know what a penis is, and if he has one or not, actually I shouldn’t be blaming the Indians this time, but old habits die hard, and plus if this government had not been the ruling party, they would have raised the same point, the same invalid/lame point.

Indians, one second they want to be developed, next second they want to be backward. Maybe we could make an advertisement and state points like ‘No sex education here’ or ‘We love money not the common man’ or ‘We want votes, cum and get high with us’ and then say, Truly India…Shining India :)

Jai Hindh, Jai Politics!

    Okay, now this is bullshit. Not because it isn’t good … that’s because I was working on something similar! :@

    Anyways, nonetheless, a good point. Hell, we can get the Hindus to actually support Sex Education considering their Gods and Goddesses used to indulge in “explicit” behavior anyway. We can include it in religious teachings!

    But then again, a devout Hindu is a devout Hindu who doesn’t need to know more than a quarter of his/her religion. XD

    Nawab Malik even said that it offends every religion and culture … I don’t even want to start how much more disgusting religions and cultures are. -_-

  5. Jayesh Says:

    @Punit : HELL YES XD

    @Queen : It’s true :P

    @Shailja What skills are you talking about? :P

    @FriendlyNukaman : Dude, how would I know :P
    Religious teachings? Oh dear lord we live in a democracy XD
    If Hindu teachings include sex education. Why doesn’t the Muslim teaching? XD
    All the Hindu’s know is about the Geeta, Geeta mein likha hain, something something -___-
    Hell, I had no clue about most of the shit, until you told me :P

    Err, one of the people who contributed to the A’hadith (I don’t remember the exact name) proclaimed that it was good (and not wrong) to speak about Sharia … but then well, isn’t the Qur’an full of contradictions and circular logic anyway?

    Listen to what they say. Make them known about “true” Islam and they’ll bomb your fuckin’ guts out of everything that is material, color and form.

    Ack! This moron has gotten the entire thing ass-backwards! I’m fucking dumbfounded just trying to comprehend the idiocy of this fuckwit o_O Developed countries have their population under control because of proper sex education -_- And here is this ignorant sonovabitch unashamedly parading his stupidity by making this utterly inane, illogical statement! It is an unbelievably sad state of affairs, indeed, when fuckwits like these get elected to office -_-

    It is way too obvious that India, with its unplanned and uncontrolled population; general ignorance and taboos regarding sex and sexuality; proliferation of sex and gender related stereotyping and crimes – needs appropriate sex education.

    And in any case, I never quite understood why these idiots tend to break into spasms at the mere mention of the word “sex”. There is no reason to treat it any differently than any other part of life. If anything, nobody has the right to deny information to people who go to school to learn, more so when it’s about things as basic as these.

    *sigh*

  8. Bhanuj Says:

    “sex gurus”

    -_- that just says everything this dumbfuck has failed to understand about this. ugh.

    I agree.

    In fact, a post regarding this is coming up. :)

    I really hope somebody calls bullshit on this entire Indian Culture™ pseudo-argument, and exposes it for its illogical, fallacious nature. ’cause I’m fucking sick of hearing it every other day by every jobless, riot-happy moron who wishes to claim ‘offence’ at trivial non-issues (which, in most cases, has absolutely nothing to do with them, and nobody’s rights have been infringed). I can’t wait to see it being decimated once and for all, at least that should shut these fuckers up (but then again, it may not, ’cause these losers are apparently deaf to any kind of reason -_-)

    Seriously, what was his point? That “Indian Culture™ is infallible, India is the greatest country in the world, and all Indians are the epitome of human perfection”?! -_- And it’s surprising how they never bother to explain further (which, of course, can’t be done, because this rests solely on empty, chauvinistic rhetoric, and is logically worthless), ’cause apparently, the Indian Culture™ tag is all you need to claim offence and get away with it. Sheesh.

    Basic logic, why can’t they learn that, before coming out and pwning themselves with such asshatery?

  11. Says:

    lol, I just had an idea for a blog. it’ll contain only selected illogical/silly/moronic extracts from the day’s newspaper, and quote by quote refutations of the same. can’t wait to rip ‘em apart! xD

  12. Jayesh Says:

    Seriously, what was his point? That “Indian Culture™ is infallible, India is the greatest country in the world, and all Indians are the epitome of human perfection”?

    You get it, that was his point, but basically they don’t really care of what the ’smart/educated’ people think, because most of the quotes are directed towards the drunken bastards who vote for them, plus the guy who said that is not from the ruling party, and his job is to make the ruling party fall, and I guess, when illiterate people with 100 kids and 100 wives hear that, they will nod in agreement.
    Plus, some of the educated ‘classy’ people will also think that, maybe because they’re scared that their son might do it and contract HIV or their daughter might do it and loose something oh-so-sacred.

    As Shoba De, rightly said “It’ll take yet another century for India to come out of the sex-is-a-bad-sin notion”
